Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cultivo (“Cultivo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the cross-platform content adaptation service available at cultivo.top. Cultivo is operated by Shenzhen Hotfox Technology Co., Ltd.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cultivo helps you adapt a single piece of writing into platform-native versions for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, and Medium. You provide source text; we use AI to generate adapted drafts tailored to each platform’s format and voice.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may sign up with an email address or a supported third-party sign-in (such as Google).
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Cultivo offers a Free plan and paid Pro subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Paddle’s terms and policies.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period (see our Refund Policy).
  • We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to your next renewal, not your current period.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend Pro features until the payment is resolved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. The adapted output is yours to use. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers and cloud infrastructure. These providers process data under their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and, where necessary, fact-checking any output before publishing it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cultivo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, and we may discontinue the Service or any part of it with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China.
